These terms explain how customers may use ristair.com and how Ristair handles accounts, product information, orders, payments, returns, and support for our men's fashion brand.
Ristair is a men's attitude fashion brand available at ristair.com. Our current product focus includes round neck T-shirts, polo T-shirts, printed hoodies, and coordinated style sets inspired by matching design language across tees, caps, and shoes.
Registered business details, address, tax details, and grievance contact can be added here before accepting paid customer orders.
We try to show product names, descriptions, photos, prices, and sizes clearly. Current displayed sizes are M, L, and XL. Minor color or print differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, production batches, or photography conditions.
Product availability can change at any time. Adding an item to cart does not reserve it until checkout and payment are completed, where checkout is enabled.
When online checkout is enabled, order confirmation will depend on successful payment and availability. Ristair may cancel or refuse an order if there is pricing error, stock issue, payment failure, fraud concern, incorrect customer information, or delivery restriction.
Prices, offers, taxes, and delivery charges may change without prior notice. Applicable charges should be shown before checkout wherever payment is enabled.
Shipping timelines, delivery partners, charges, and serviceable locations will be shown when checkout is active. Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery details. Delays caused by courier issues, incorrect address, weather, public events, or force majeure events may be outside Ristair's control.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to the Ristair Return Policy. Please read Return Policy before placing an order.
The Ristair name, logo, slogan, product copy, design direction, photos, graphics, and site layout belong to Ristair or its permitted licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. Ristair will work to keep the website accurate and secure, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms removes customer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms when our store, products, checkout flow, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
